This Reserve store was unusual, the first where, after ordering a latte and some cheese bites, I had to wait for the food downstairs then go to the second floor to have my latte prepared.

When I got to the second floor bar, the barista was ready for my order because apparently this store has technology that allows baristas in one location to communicate with baristas in another.
