Starbucks in Rochester

PLEASE NOTE
The stores pictured below are labeled with information that comes directly from the official Starbucks web site. The only alterations I have made are to remove certain punctuation marks. Please do not report any errors in the names or spellings of streets or cities to me, but rather to Starbucks. Once they fix the error on their end, my database will pick it up. I will fill missing photograph dates as I have time, and I will continue to try and obtain store opening dates.

For only having eight locations (as of March 2001), Rochester has a relatively number of great-looking Starbucks. Between this one, Greece, Penfield, and Pittsford, I'd say this town has more than its fair share.

Don't worry folks. This snow that followed me from Buffalo on my second trip through Rochester wasn't very heavy. It was actually very pretty, and didn't interfere with my travels at all.

In an apparent homage to the popular rock band, this store was remodeled and moved a short distance (guess how many doors). Big up to Catherine for letting me know. I replaced my photo, but I didn't have to drink the coffee. Only if the store gets a new listing do I could it as a new location.

Besides having the uncommon second story, this store is also unusual because ground level is actually the 2nd floor--if you enter from the from you will have to walk downstairs to the bar.

Penfield

This store, in the outlying community of Penfield, the newest in the Rochester area (as of March 2001), can be hard to find because Penfield Rd. is interrupted by a highway. But it is certainly among the prettiest in the area, and well-worth the trip.

Just outside the suburbs, in the pretty little town of Pittsford lies this equally pretty little Starbucks.

Victor

This store joins the ranks of the most charming Starbucks in the U.S. by virtue of its location, a historic cobblestone house dating back to the 1830s.

Licensed Stores (not operated by Starbucks)

PLEASE NOTE
The list below is not meant to be a complete list of licensed stores. Some licensed stores are not listed on the Starbucks web site, and some of the stores listed below might have closed. That's not really important. I only keep track of them so I know which ones I don't need to visit. But if you know for certain that any of these are actually operated by Starbucks, please let me know (and send me a phone # so I can double-confirm).
